Non-Residential & Saltwater Use

  • Non-Residential Use (marinas, resorts, municipal, commercial, or rental applications) is covered under a separate, more limited warranty.

  • Saltwater/Brackish Use coverage takes priority over other warranties. Products used in these environments must have sacrificial anodes (“zincs”) properly installed and maintained to prevent electrolysis damage.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact your local PolyDock dealer or distributor within 15 days of discovering a defect.

  2. Provide a written claim with proof of purchase.

  3. PolyDock may request additional documentation, photos, or access to the product to assess your claim.

If a product or part is found to be defective under normal use, PolyDock will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the product/part, or

  • Refund the purchase price (if repair or replacement is not feasible).
